The Louisville Kings opened their inaugural season at Lynn Family Stadium in front of over 14,000 fans. The crowd was electric and showed support despite the 13-15 loss against the Birmingham Stallions. The team came out strong and lead 13-9 in the fourth quarter before throwing a last minute interception.
Quarterback Jason Bean led the way and threw for a total of 247 yards. The Kings had 3 crucial turnovers while the Stallions did not have any.
The Kings are back in action on April 4 against the Orlando Storm at 8pm in Orlando, FL.
