Cards put up a fight against the Hokies Sunday afternoon 2/18 at the KFC Yum! Center.
The Hokies hot shooting caused a lot of trouble for the Cards. Hokies shot a 44% from the 3 point line while the Cards only shot 25%. The Hokies posted 35 rebounds collectively while the Cards trailed with 24 rebounds. Kiki Jefferson lead the Cards in scoring amassing 19 pts and 3 rebounds. Rough loss for the Cards in front of their largest crowd of the season, 12,249 in attendance.
Next game up is February 22nd at Georgia Tech at 6pm
